About This Role

The Senior Manager, AI Product Enablement (Agentic AI) is a product leadership role responsible for enabling the discovery, design, and delivery of agentic AI solutions across the business.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, AI product delivery, and responsible innovation. You will work closely with business leaders, data, technology, and risk partners to identify high-value AI use cases, shape agentic workflows, and guide solutions from discovery through pilot and launch—ensuring they are ethical, compliant, and ready to scale.

This is a product-led enablement role for people who can translate advanced AI concepts into practical business outcomes and help the organization adopt agentic AI safely and effectively.

What You’ll Do

Lead AI Use Case Discovery

• Identify and shape high-value agentic AI use cases aligned to business priorities.

• Define problem statements, success metrics, and ethical guardrails.

• Evaluate feasibility, value, and risk trade-offs; provide clear recommendations to senior leaders.

Design Agentic AI Solutions

• Partner with business, data architecture, data science, and technology teams to design end-to-end agentic workflows.

• Influence solution design to balance automation, human-in-the-loop controls, explainability, and operational readiness.

• Translate complex AI concepts into business-ready language.

Own Product Delivery

• Act as Product Owner for assigned AI initiatives.

• Coordinate experiments, proofs of concept, and pilots.

Drive Adoption & Value Realization

• Lead readiness and adoption planning for AI launches.

• Embed AI solutions into workflows, training, and operating models.

• Track AI adoption and realized benefits.

Partner on Governance & Responsible AI

• Work closely with first line AI Governance to ensure lifecycle compliance.

• Embed Responsible AI, privacy, security, and model risk considerations.

What You Bring

Required Experience

• 7+ years of experience in AI product management, advanced analytics, or technology enablement.

• Strong understanding of generative and agentic AI concepts.

• Proven Product Owner experience.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with copilots, agents, or AI-driven workflow automation.

• Familiarity with Responsible AI or AI governance frameworks.

Salary:

$103,200.00 - $192,000.00

Salaried

The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
