P&G's Analytics & Insights (A&I) organization is a 100-year-old function that drives business growth by translating data and consumer understanding into strategic actions. A&I professionals work across brands to analyze big data, social trends, and behaviors, leveraging AI tools to optimize product innovation, marketing, and in-store experiences.
A&I serves as a strategic partner to brand management, sales, and R&D, focusing on "who" the target shopper is, "what" the brand stands for, and "how" to reach them. They often work as "cybernetic teammates," using AI to generate and evaluate ideas faster.
Develop and execute comprehensive analytics strategies to understand consumer behavior and market trends within the home improvement sector.
Utilize a diverse toolkit of analytical methods, including data analytics, human behavioral analysis, and Design of Experiments (DOE), to identify key drivers of customer needs and preferences.
Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights that inform product development, marketing campaigns, and business strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and media teams to optimize media planning, buying, and effectiveness through robust media analytics.
Champion the integration of behavioral science principles into all stages of insight generation and strategic recommendations.
Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation in data-driven decision-making.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing business outcomes and driving growth.
Job Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in a analytics or quantitative field such as Insights and Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in insights, analytics, or market research, with a strong focus on consumer understanding.
Proven expertise in Data Analytics and data visualization tools.
Advanced Excel skills, familiarity with Nielsen and Numerator, and PowerBI
