Job Description

We’re looking for the right person to join our Finance team based in Luxembourg, someone who’s ready to help us deliver on our commitments today and develop global processes to sustain flexibility as the business needs change. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to support the Global Corporate Controller Organization.

 

Essential Responsibilities

·         Support statutory financial statements and regulatory filings including supporting the design/implementation of global audit process for a global ERP system.

·         Support Discounted Cash Flow Models for Otis foreign subsidiaries on an annual basis.

·         Assist in the overall management and governance of the Otis Holding Companies including budgeting, financial reviews, coordination of meetings and key documents.

·         Provides overall support to the directors of over 20 holding companies.

·         Perform ad-hoc requests and special projects.

·         New roles and responsibilities as we continue to define and standardize processes across the Controller’s organization, including strategic initiatives and regulatory requirements.

Education / Certifications

·         B.S. in Accounting

·         CPA (or equivalent) and MBA a plus

Basic Qualifications

·         5 to 10 years of related accounting/financial reporting general finance experience required.

·         Experience with finance ERP environments, JDE a plus

·         Strong project management skills

·         Excellent communications skills, must be fluent in English

·         Candidate should possess strong communication skills with the demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of Controller's Dept. and other staff and management across jurisdictions and global finance functions

·         Ability to balance multiple tasks and work both autonomously and in a group
