We are seeking an experienced Senior Loyalty Manager to join out Bunnings team.

 

About the role

This is a rare opportunity to lead the evolution of Bunnings’ commercial loyalty program - PowerPass - at scale. You’ll be at the heart of shaping how thousands of trade customers engage with our brand across digital, in-store and personalised experiences. With a cross-functional team of 20+ and partnerships spanning data, tech, marketing and operations, you’ll bring bold ideas to life and drive real impact.

What’s involved

You’ll lead the PowerPass loyalty strategy and execution, working across the business to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience. This includes:

 

  • Shaping and optimising the end‑to‑end loyalty journey across app, online, online and in-store touchpoints.
  • Partnering with analytics and personalisation teams to drive targeted and meaningful member engagement.
  • Embedding commercial thinking into program design to deliver customer and business value.
  • Collaborating closely with legal, tech, marketing, store ops and other partners to ensure smooth delivery and deliver a consistent, high-quality loyalty experience. 
  • Monitoring performance metrics to identify opportunities to continuously improve program performance.
  • Championing innovation and data-driven thinking across the loyalty space.


About You

You’re a strategic thinker who’s passionate about customer experience and knows how to turn insights into action. You bring a collaborative mindset and thrive in cross-functional environments. You’re confident leading complex projects and influencing senior stakeholders, but you also know the value of listening and learning from your team.

What you’ll need

To hit the ground running, you’ll bring:

  • 10+ years in senior loyalty leadership roles, ideally in retail or commercial settings.
  • Experience managing medium to large teams (15+ people).
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a knack for turning data into action.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA a bonus).
