Job Description:
As a Senior Logistics Sourcing Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening Nextpower’s logistics strategy across Europe. You will support the end-to-end supply chain by analyzing cost drivers, developing sourcing strategies, and optimizing logistics processes that directly impact production, distribution, and inventory. Your insights and data-driven approach will help enhance service levels, reduce costs, and advance our sustainability goals.
What You’ll Do
· Lead cost analysis to identify savings opportunities and shape the regional logistics sourcing strategy.
· Map and evaluate logistics processes across Europe, recommending improvements in efficiency, cost, and sustainability.
· Prepare and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and supplier evaluations.
· Conduct market analysis to identify, screen, and qualify logistics suppliers.
· Review and benchmark supplier quotations to support strategic decision-making.
· Partner with sales and operations teams to support logistics budget planning.
· Drive the development and qualification of new local logistics partners and service providers.
· Prepare performance reports and dashboards tracking logistics KPIs and sourcing metrics.
· Collaborate with logistics management to improve service levels, streamline supply chain processes, and control costs.
· Maintain accurate databases of logistics and sourcing information in compliance with corporate standards.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain organization.
· Track and report carbon emissions and environmental impact data, identifying new sustainable logistics solutions in the region.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Logistics, with a strong background in European trucking and local freight services. Prior experience in freight forwarding, or in local logistics sourcing or sales within the construction or energy industry, is required.
· Proven experience in logistics sourcing, cost analysis, and supplier management.
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment.
· Proficiency in English (C1-C2); additional European languages are a plus.
· Strong analytical and data management skills (Excel, ERP, or BI tools).
