Position Highlights: 

Beechwood Retirement Community and Terrace at Eddy Memorial Assisted Living are beautiful senior living communities located in Troy. The Eddy Memorial / Beechwood Campus offers a continuum of care that includes independent living apartments, enhanced assisted living, and long term care.   

 

What you will do: 

The primary responsibility of the Senior Living Specialist is to promote and sell Terrace at Eddy Memorial enhanced assisted living and Beechwood independent retirement community apartments to prospective residents using a professional, consultative sales approach. 

What you will need: 

  • Requires strong organizational skills, a professional presentation, and strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and/or sales and marketing required. 
  • An undergraduate degree from a 2 or 4-year accredited college or university is preferred.

Pay Range - $28.11- $29.45 plus commissions 

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.”
