Why this role matters:
Vonage is seeking a skilled Litigation Counsel to lead and manage litigation, disputes, and investigations across all areas of the business and in multiple countries. This role will serve as the company’s in-house counsel, overseeing matters involving commercial, consumer, employment, and regulatory issues in both judicial and regulatory forums. The Litigation Counsel will manage external counsel, oversee discovery, draft pleadings and other legal documents, advise internal stakeholders, handle pre-litigation disputes, and develop proactive strategies to minimize legal exposure and business risk. This position reports to the Head of Regulatory and Risk.
