Job Title: Senior Litigation and Risk Paralegal

Location: Remote (> 5% of travel)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and organized Senior Paralegal to support our Legal Team in managing personal injury claims and other legal matters. This role will work closely with internal teams, outside counsel, and our third-party administrator (TPA) to coordinate the collection, organization, and sharing of critical documents. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining a centralized resource library, managing legal discovery materials, and ensuring efficient document workflows to support timely responses to claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal departments to locate and collect relevant documents for litigation, and investigations
• Build and maintain a resource library for use by outside counsel and our third-party administrator
• Assist with responses and review of discovery responses in conjunction with TPA and Legal Team.
• Organize, track, and manage legal discovery documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery
• Maintain version control and proper indexing of legal materials
• Ensure compliance with legal standards, confidentiality, and company policies in all document handling
• Provide general paralegal support as needed to the Legal team

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably with exposure to insurance defense and/or personal injury litigation, coordination with TPAs regarding claims
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Experience working with outside counsel and third-party administrators preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient use of Microsoft 365 platform
