Department Overview

Are you a strategic supply chain expert ready to own and define complex product lifecycle challenges? We're looking for a Senior Lifecycle Supply Planner to be the backbone of our product transitions.

In this high-autonomy, high-impact role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the end-to-end supply strategy across all New Product Introductions (NPIs), Cutover/Uprev events, and Obsolescence .

Your core mission: Drive systemic improvements to minimize excess inventory and eliminate costly shortages across the region.

Job Description

The Senior role requires leadership, process design, and strategic ownership:

  • Define the Lifecycle Strategy: Act as the lead planner for the most critical or high-value product launches, transitions, and end-of-life phases.

  • Strategic Risk Management: Proactively analyze and model potential supply gaps, inventory health, and cost implications. Develop and present clear mitigation strategies to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

  • Lead NPI Success: Serve as the primary planning liaison with Global Product Management, R&D, and Procurement. Lead the planning phase to ensure organizational readiness and a seamless, on-time, and cost-optimized launch for all new products in the region.

  • Drive Process Excellence: Define and implement standardized best practices for product phase-in/phase-out. Drive the execution plan for complex cutover/obsolescence events, ensuring minimal material write-offs and maximizing inventory yield.

  • Coordinate Cutover/Obsolescence: Lead the execution plan for product phase-in and phase-out from Supply Chain together with Product Manager. Coordinating to implement Engineering Change Order(ECN) on time to minimize obsolescence and material write-offs.

  • Innovation and Optimization: Proactively evaluate and champion the adoption of AI/ML tools and advanced analytics to drive fundamental improvements in the overall lifecycle planning process.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business , Engineering or a related field.

  • At least 3-5+ years of progressive, direct experience in Supply Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Inventory Management, with a proven track record of owning and successfully executing large-scale NPI or Cutover programs.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influential communication skills (written and verbal) in English .

  • Must be able to defend and articulate complex, data-driven decisions to executive-level audiences.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using spreadsheets for data analysis and modeling.

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace added advantage.

A Plus If You Have:

  • Experience with Oracle Value Chain Applications or a similar advanced planning system.

  • Prior experience focusing specifically on New Product Introduction (NPI) or product lifecycle management. Strategic lifecycle management, demand sensing, or S&OP support.

  • Experience applying AI tools to automate routine data consolidation, streamline manual reporting, and enhance daily planning efficiency

  • Detail & process oriented

  • Experience in building Tableau reports and dashboards is an added advantage.
