About the Job
We're looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our marketing team, someone who sees communication as both craft and lever. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering closely with leaders across operations, clinical, data, product, and content to build communications that actually move the needle.
You'll use lifecycle communications to bridge client experience and business outcomes by designing purposeful touchpoints that drive revenue, deepen engagement, and improve LTV across every stage of the client journey. If you believe great messaging can create lasting relationships, this role was built for you.
Compensation: $120,000 - $155,000 with bonus potential
What success looks like
You bring range: the organizational discipline to manage multiple workstreams without dropping a ball, and the creative instinct to care deeply about how a sentence lands. You hold both the strategy and the details and know when to zoom out and when to sweat the copy. You thrive in collaborative environments and aren't just comfortable leading cross-functional conversations, but you actively seek them out to drive toward a shared goal.
You love a good process, and you love improving one even more. You're nimble, proactive, and honest about what's working. You don't wait to be handed a playbook — you help write it.
You'll thrive here if you are
Highly organized // Juggling is your baseline
Detail-oriented // Nothing slips through the cracks
A clear communicator // In writing and in the room
Collaborative // Cross-functional by default
Process-driven // And always improving it
A natural leader // Who gets things done
Your Background
You've worked on lifecycle or CRM campaigns that made a real difference. You’ve worked on campaigns that lengthened retention, deepened engagement, or turned good clients into loyal ones. You understand the mechanics of email and SMS, and you know how to tie them to a larger strategic story. Bonus points if you've operated in healthcare, health-tech, or another high-compliance environment where thoughtful communication isn't optional.
Past colleagues would probably describe you as creative, strategic, dependable, a go-getter, and a clear leader.
Key Responsibilities
Define the lifecycle marketing roadmap from acquisition through retention and drive execution against it.
Build segmented, personalised campaigns across email, SMS, and direct channels: track CAC, ROI, and LTV to optimize performance.
Lead working sessions with product, analytics, creative, and clinical teams to align on priorities and timelines.
Design and run A/B tests to improve messaging, creative, and targeting.
Map the customer journey end to end; identify gaps and build action plans to close them.
Own the lifecycle marketing infrastructure, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring programs, automation, and data flows support client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
What you bring
7 plus years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing with experience owning lifecycle strategy end-to-end.
Bonus experience: Healthcare or another high-compliance industry
Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
Data-driven mindset: comfortable pulling reports, interpreting data, and turning insights into action.
Result-oriented: you hold yourself accountable to performance goals.
Superior project management skills: you can hold multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines in your head at once.
Benefits
An amazing team culture
Professional development & advancement opportunities
401K with a 3% employer match
Healthcare, Dental, Vision, and life insurance benefits
Paid time off and paid holidays
Professional EAP program for team members & household
Additional coverage options available, such as Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Group Accident Insurance
