Location - this role will be hybrid based out of our downtown Chicago office.
About the role:
The Senior Lifecycle and CRM Strategy Manager will own and scale our customer engagement and triggered messaging campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels to drive engagement, activation, conversion, and long-term retention. This seasoned CRM leader will own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of all lifecycle communications and oversee the execution agency responsible for building and deploying campaigns at scale.
This role is both strategic and hands-on — balancing big-picture lifecycle planning with day-to-day ownership of messaging, testing, and analytics. You’ll work cross-functionally with agencies, MarTech, Product Marketing, and Integrated Marketing to ensure best-in-class execution, tracking, and measurable impact.
Scope and Range: High-impact and strategic individual contributor role with broad responsibility for end-to-end lifecycle strategy, messaging, and performance. You will own the lifecycle roadmap and campaign calendar, oversee the CRM execution agency, and collaborate internally to ensure creative, data, and performance alignment across all channels.
This role directly owns lifecycle results and agency output, ensuring campaigns are effective, brand-consistent, and continuously optimized for engagement and revenue growth.

Base Pay range for this position:
The final discretionary compensation that will be offered for this role depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
