Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to join our Government Training Integration team in Hazelwood, MO.

The Government Training Integration – Project Management Specialist leads cross-functional investment integration initiatives across Government Training stakeholders to ensure alignment of growth strategy, technical roadmap, and BGS Government Services business objectives. This role coordinates project execution, manages risks and opportunities, refines business cases, and drives implementation of approved recommendations across Division, Business Unit, and Enterprise levels. The specialist will serve as a primary liaison to leadership and stakeholders, prepare and deliver presentations, build strong relationships, and lead special projects and pilot programs as needed.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate investment integration initiatives across Engineering, Business Development, Supplier Management, and other Government Training stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment of Government Training growth strategy, technical roadmap, and BGS Government Services business objectives
  • Oversee integration, prioritization, and alignment of investment projects and spending to ensure effective project execution and return on investment
  • Identify project risks and opportunities; develop and implement comprehensive mitigation plans and contingency strategies
  • Refine and maintain business cases to support decision-making and secure stakeholder buy-in
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between BGS-G, Government Training leadership teams, and other internal/external stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and collaboration
  • Oversee implementation of approved recommendations and initiatives at Division, Business Unit, and Enterprise levels to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and execute continuous improvement projects (e.g., 2025 Government Training initiatives), including marketing strategy and content development for multiple platforms and dedicated training
  • Act as Program Manager for Boeing Deployable Training Studio (BDTS): manage contract execution, supplier coordination, and delivery of capabilities supporting Government Training investment projects
  • Track program performance, prepare status reports, and present progress and recommendations to leadership.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in project or program management, operations, or training integration within complex organizations
  • Demonstrated experience creating and delivering presentations to varied audiences
  • Proven ability to build and sustain effective relationships across organizational levels and with external partners/suppliers
  • Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing competing demands, and working with senior stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with common productivity and project management tools (e.g., MS Office, collaboration platforms, Asana/Jira/MS Project)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
  • Experience with government contracting, compliance, or regulated industries
  • Background in training technology, deployable training systems, or learning platform strategy
  • Experience in financial analysis or building business cases for investments

Summary pay range: $146,200 - $197,800
