You will lead contract negotiations, draft and optimize general terms & conditions and sales/promotion regulations, prepare partnership agreements, and support Wolters Kluwer Polska in public tenders (zamówienia publiczne) and similar proceedings from the contractor (wykonawca) perspective. The role sits in an international legal department, engaging in cross-border projects and broader law department initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Provide high-quality legal services across commercial and civil law for WK Polska, focusing on license and SaaS contracting.
Lead negotiations of customer, partner, and vendor agreements; manage redlines and risk allocation, and close deals efficiently.
Draft, review, and maintain General Terms & Conditions (GTC), website/product regulations, and promotion rules, ensuring consistency and compliance.
Prepare and negotiate partnership/collaboration agreements (reseller, referral, strategic alliances).
Analyze tender documentation, prepare legal opinions, clarifications, appeals, and other materials needed for public procurement where WK acts as wykonawca.

Collaborate daily with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance, and contribute to international legal projects and department initiatives.
Build templates/playbooks and deliver contracting best practices and training to stakeholders.

Our interview process is designed to assess your individual skills, experiences, and communication style. We value authenticity and want to ensure we’re getting to know you—not a digital assistant. To help maintain this integrity, we ask to remove virtual backgrounds and include in-person interviews in our hiring process. Please note that use of AI-generated responses or third-party support during interviews will be grounds for disqualification from the recruitment process.
Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
