Providing legal advice and support in a wide range of international employment matters including:
advising on employment legal and regulatory matters, with opportunities to branch out to cover other areas within the overseas legal center, if interested;
providing legal insight from an employment regulatory perspective to help the company identify and evaluate risks associated with new or complex business activities;
managing the company's compliance with applicable labor laws by coordinating with relevant internal departments and business units and liaising with external counsel.
At least 7 years PQE (qualified in Netherlands, UK and/or other comparable common law jurisdiction);
Employment legal experience in-house or in law firms;
Prior regional experience working on related matters in the technology field will be a plus;
Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills;
Proactive approach and able to handle matters independently;
Sound interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate within a team;
Fluency in spoken and written English
