About the Role:

  • Manage all portfolio administration services across multiple accounts, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with client standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of lease administration professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, attending meetings, addressing concerns, and ensuring consistent delivery of services and reporting.
  • Recommend and implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, data integrity, and service quality.
  • Oversee critical processes including lease abstraction, data management, monthly reporting, billing, vendor coordination, and special projects.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years in lease administration, including 5+ years in leadership and client-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of lease abstraction, rent analytics, compliance, and data integrity; proficient in CoStar, Visual Lease, Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, governance, forecasting, and resource planning capabilities.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
