Senior Learning Management System Analyst

Position Summary: Lead strategic planning, maintenance and improvement initiatives for Workday learning systems.

***The Senior Learning Management System Analyst position is fully remote. Candidates will be considered nationally. ***

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the senior subject matter expert for Workday learning systems, providing thought leadership, support and continuing operations of the system to best serve the learning needs of the organization

  • Manage Workday data, serving as the lead resource for learning system reporting. Maintain a high standard of data integrity, quality assurance and customer support

  • Identify and recommend operational and analytical improvements that provide business analytics and intelligence

  • Set, control and maintain system access and permission levels for all system users

  • Create complex enrollments, ability to manage roles and permissions in a matrixed organization. Manage feeds to and from learning systems

  • Lead the design, development, testing, implementation, upgrading, and innovation of our learning systems. Leads and manages strategic learning systems projects

  • Collaborate with peers across the Centene enterprise to research complex issues and partners with other departments toward resolution

  • Foster collaboration and provides learning system guidance and leadership to other learning administrators on the team

  • Change champion and educator on Workday processes, best practices and enhancements

  • Support the technical delivery of design and development of eLearning courses, virtual simulations, assessments, evaluations and other learning content as appropriate

  • Collaborate with the HRIS team and other learning organizations to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve all issues within our learning systems

  • Define, develop, maintain, and lead the adoption of documented learning processes, procedures and practices

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of learning management systems experience, systems, application administration or data analysis. Strong technical acumen, including experience a variety of learning systems preferred. Proficient project management skills preferred.
