What you'll be doing:

  1. Implementing learning strategies and workshops for HQ team
  2. Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
  3. Identifying and empanel vendors as per the need and budget.
  4. Tracking the annual L&D Budget; creating and updating the Training Calendar; tracking training attendance; booking the training rooms, managing, and anchoring online trainings
  5. Develops content for learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor and Deliver the same in various modes of trainings.
  6. Collecting feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements wherever required.
  7. Tracking L&D related data and publish MIS reports for measuring efficiency.
  8. Organizing and anchoring the New Hire Orientation programme to enable easy settling-in and acculturalization of new joiners.

 

What you'll need:

  1. Minimum 7-8 year of experience of event management
  2. Good communication and presentation skills, able to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to diverse audiences.
  3. Good knowledge of Office 365
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
  5. Should have strong project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
  6. Should have a data-driven mindset, using analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
