The Opportunity:

As the Senior Leader Central Solution Delivery Digital Health, you will be instrumental in leading a high-performing team responsible for delivering high-quality digital products to our customers. Your strong customer-centricity and leadership will ensure efficient delivery, high usability, and exceptional quality in all our digital offerings.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead a global team focused on the remote delivery, configuration, and testing of digital healthcare products, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, quality standards, and rapid time-to-market.

  • Develop, implement, and own the global solution delivery strategy and framework in close collaboration with internal stakeholders across various functions and customer areas.

  • Enhance collaboration with implementation managers to deeply understand requirements and continuously refine processes and tools for more efficient and effective delivery.

  • Drive continuous improvements in tools, processes, standardization, and products, proactively identifying opportunities for system and tool automation.

  • Collaborate across departments and geographical boundaries to develop and implement optimized workflows and processes, fostering a culture of teamwork within your team.

  • Act as a dedicated coach and mentor to your team members, supporting their professional growth and career progression.

  • Identify and recommend strategic opportunities to automate systems and tools.

Who You Are:

  • An advanced degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline. Experience in support, training, or software product delivery is a distinct advantage.

  • Proven experience in establishing or leading a solution delivery center for digital products is a significant plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in people leadership, with a strong track record of working effectively across global teams.

  • 5+ years of experience within the diagnostics or software industry.

  • Fluency in English (oral and written) is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, demonstrating a strong customer-focused approach and highly effective teamwork and collaboration abilities.

  • Demonstrated strong intercultural competencies and excellent communication skills.

  • Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • A natural affinity for working within global matrix structures and interdisciplinary environments.

Location: This position is based in Indianapolis, IN. And travel can be up to 20% globally.

The expected salary range for this position is based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN $122,200 - 227,000.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
