As a Procurement Sourcing Leader, you will oversee the full landscape of supplier selection, evaluation, and relationship management. You will guide your team through rigorous value analysis, ensure compliance with customer and business requirements, and support the onboarding of new suppliers with precision and efficiency. Through strong leadership and deep procurement expertise, you will shape best practices, streamline processes, and strengthen Kyndryl’s procurement operations.
You will also serve as a key representative of our department — fostering trust with internal clients, leading strategic supplier engagements, and building long‑term partnerships that drive mutual success. Your ability to anticipate market trends, respond to changing business needs, and coach your team through complex sourcing scenarios will set us apart in an increasingly competitive environment.
With your leadership, customer and supplier inquiries will be addressed with clarity and confidence. You will maintain strong audit trails, champion continuous improvement, and proactively identify savings and innovation opportunities — ensuring that our procurement function operates with efficiency, transparency, and impact.
