Senior Lead Procurement Agent

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Procurement Agent to join our team in Seattle, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions minimizing risk and maximizing benefit for the Company

  • Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements

  • Support Procurement Agents as a subject matter expert in contracts and contracting matters

  • Drafts modifications to PIA/NDAs, Goods contracts, bailment agreements, and other agreements to support commercial Spares

  • Interacts with internal and external teams

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience managing the procurement process including coordinating with business partners and providing functional support

  • 5+ years of experience leading contract negotiations for a variety of complex terms and conditions

  • 5+ years of experience with contract management

  • 5+ years of experience with contractual risk management terms

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Juris Doctor Law

  • SAP, Procurement Systems and AI tools for contract management

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or Aviation related field

Summary pay range (Senior): $147,900.00 - $200,100.00
