Job Details

The Equality & Engagement Team is looking for a data-driven leader focused on leading the regional employer branding and talent marketing function that is responsible for positioning the company as a great place to work in our desired markets in Japan, Korea and Taiwan (JPKT.)
This position requires ownership of employer branding & marketing strategy including impactful multi-channel campaign planning and the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance. You must be detail-oriented and committed to executing on multiple assignments on tight deadlines.

This role is an individual contributor role without any need for people management responsibilities.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Own and execute a talent lead generation strategy across channels - like digital email, social, paid industry programs, webinars and events and partnerships. Own the lead management process from lead capture to clean up to follow-up. You will work collaboratively with the Recruiting, Corporate Marketing and Employee Success Teams to obtain feedback on the quality of leads generated from marketing campaigns.

  • Work collaboratively with global teams to own and execute  marquee Talent Marketing events - in-person and virtual. Holistically manage projects including venue, timeline, promotional comms and execute in partnership with recruiting team, ES business partners and business leaders.

  • Convey the fulfillment experienced in key roles, and promote Salesforce's unique strengths—such as equality and corporate culture—externally to establish a strong employer brand for Salesforce in the marketplace.

  • Build and execute the Equality hiring strategy to attract diverse candidates from diverse communities in alignment with corporate equality & engagement goals.

  • Measure, analyze and report on strategic campaign performance to Corporate Marketing,Recruitment and Equality & Engagement leadership in JPKT OU. 

  • Use AI and tools to improve processes and productivity

  • Partner closely with manager, recruiting and corporate marketing teams to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of campaigns across email, web personalization and advertising

  • Execute on program or campaign with some guidance from a manager.

  • Collaborates across multiple teams and pro-actively seeks out training, development and growth opportunities to become a better marketer.

  • Create specific assets for a program or campaign such as scheduling photo subjects, writing social status updates, gathering content for resources guides, emails or websites.

  • Develop and localize candidate-focused, Talent Marketing content in Japanese and English.
     

Requirements

  • 10-12 years in a Talent Marketing/Recruitment Marketing or Marketing Demand Generation or marketing programs role at a B2B company

  • Strong understanding of the roles and personas we are hiring for in JPKT, and places where to market towards these personas.

  • In-depth experience using marketing tools like Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, Social advocacy tools etc.

  • Excellent program management, communication (in English and Japanese) and negotiation skills and a great track record of working across multiple global teams within an organization

  • Collaborative team player who is excited to be part of a growing global team

  • Highly analytical and metrics driven professional, who’s excited to optimize campaigns using data insights

  • Experience working with a matrix global and regional team

  • Flexible self-starter, able to act quickly and take on the challenge of achieving performance

  • Japanese & English fluency

  • Knowledge of digital marketing as well as various marketing material production, a plus

  • Experience in Recruiting and HR, a plus

  • Knowledge or experience of DE&I, culture and employer branding
