About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to advance GenAI use cases for our Commercial Banking teams. Partnering with our data science and technology teams, this position will drive product feature development to support high visibility / high impact GenAI use cases.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning
- Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
- Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
- Contribute to planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
- Independently resolve complex issues
- Contribute to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Support the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
- Support delivery of solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Extensive experience leading digital product strategy and delivery within banking or financial services organizations, with accountability for enterprise‑scale outcomes.
- Proven experience sponsoring and overseeing delivery of complex GenAI use cases, including navigating risk, governance, data integration, and regulatory considerations.
- Demonstrated success owning and driving large‑scale digital strategies from vision through execution across multiple lines of business or at the enterprise level.
- Experience providing executive leadership across complex digital domains, including product management, customer experience, analytics, content strategy, and data‑driven decisioning.
- Strong track record of leading the resolution of highly complex, ambiguous, and novel challenges that require enterprise‑wide coordination and strategic judgment.
- Ability to operate as a senior advisor to executive leadership, influencing digital product direction, investment priorities, operating models, resourcing strategies, and long‑term roadmaps.
- Demonstrated experience delivering long‑term, large‑scale digital solutions that require vision, innovation, and advanced strategic and analytical thinking.
- Proven ability to provide clear vision, direction, and thought leadership on high‑impact digital programs and initiatives with significant business, customer, and operational impact.
- Experience leading through others, including setting direction for senior leaders and providing guidance to teams executing less complex initiatives.
- Strong capability to navigate and integrate digital policies, procedures, risk, compliance, and governance requirements within a regulated environment.
- Demonstrated ability to strategically engage and influence professionals, senior leaders, and executives across the enterprise to drive alignment and outcomes.
- Experience establishing and overseeing product performance and measurement frameworks, including OKRs, KPIs, and model evaluation, to assess value realization and inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and executive‑level storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Deep experience operating in agile and modern product delivery environments, with accountability for outcomes rather than executional tasks.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$159,000.00 - $279,000.00
