Wells Fargo is seeking to hire three (3) Senior Lead Analytics Consultants within the Conduct Analytics and Reporting team in HR Governance and Workforce Relations. This strategic role focuses on analytics, data management, and reporting. These individuals will shape incoming work, influence priorities, and guide teams toward scalable, efficient outcomes with a focus on delivering streamlined, impactful solutions for partners across HR teams. In this role, you will

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders across the enterprise
  • Influence and shape incoming work requests, ensuring alignment to HR and enterprise priorities
  • Communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ensure reporting processes and analytic solutions meet business requirements and adhere to standards
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable reporting and data solutions
  • Advise leadership on analytical strategies and advanced data visualization
  • Develop data, reporting, and dashboard solutions using SQL (or similar tools) and business intelligence tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Complete risk-mitigating activities including testing, peer review, documentation
  • Drive clarity and consistency in documentation for senior leaders and regulatory audiences
  • Mentor and develop team members and lead complex, cross-functional analytic initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL
  • ServiceNow reporting, dashboard & visualization
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights and dashboards
  • Experience documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting and risk management practices
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and deliver strategic outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal skills to resolve obstacles and align diverse stakeholders
