- Manage the design and implementation of public realm spaces including plazas, boulevards, streetscapes, gardens, waterfronts, and pedestrian environments.
- Coordinate closely with engineering teams to integrate landscape elements with MEP irrigation systems, civil grading and drainage, lighting systems, and site utilities.
- Review and approve planting plans, irrigation strategies, and water management systems aligned with sustainability and climate considerations.
- Conduct technical reviews of BIM landscape models, 3D visualizations, and design documentation.
- Lead coordination workshops with architects, planners, infrastructure engineers, and consultants to ensure alignment of landscape strategies across development packages.

- Participate in stakeholder presentations, design workshops, and coordination meetings related to landscape and public realm development.
What Required Qualifications & Skills You'll Bring:

- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in landscape architecture and public realm design.
- At least 5 years in a client-representative or PMCM design review role.
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale mixed-use or leisure/tourism developments.
- Proven involvement in projects involving waterfront developments, stadiums, or high-profile event venues.
- Experience delivering at least 2–3 major GCC projects, preferably in Qatar, with strong understanding of desert landscape design and water conservation strategies.
- Expertise in landscape materials, planting strategies, and hardscape/softscape detailing.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation system design including pressure zoning, emitter selection, and water reuse integration.
- Experience developing thermal comfort strategies, shading design, and microclimate solutions for pedestrian environments.
- Proven ability to review and coordinate landscape master plans, planting strategies, visual corridors, and landscape zones.
- Experience designing public realm environments including plazas, boulevards, gardens, and waterfront spaces.
- Strong coordination skills integrating landscape with MEP irrigation systems, civil grading, drainage systems, lighting, and FF&E components.
- Strong knowledge of local landscape regulations and sustainability frameworks, including requirements from Ashghal, MOE, and other regulatory authorities.
- Experience supporting authority approvals, mock-up reviews, and landscape construction coordination.
- Proficiency in design tools and digital platforms, including Revit/BIM landscape models, 3D visualization tools, and CAD-based design software.
- Experience preparing and reviewing planting plans, irrigation layouts, and tree protection strategies.
- Strong ability to manage design review comments, NCRs, RFIs, and landscape-related technical coordination issues.
