The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Sr. Key Account Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Collect and analyze account data and prepare account plans and budgets aligned with Solventum Dental & Orthodontic business goals.
- Serve as a key team member providing feedback to shape brand strategies and tactical plan
- Build strategic partnerships with key accounts to secure ongoing and future business.
- Foster advocacy from Key Influencers (Kis) and Key Decision Makers through partnership programs to promote Solventum’s values and strategies.
- Organize educational activities for targeted hospitals/clinics focusing on core and new products and value-added programs.
- Drive new product uptake, coordinated brand promotion, and help prevent product de-listing in hospitals.
- Manage risks due to hospital policy changes and optimize pricing strategies.
- Lead price preparation and negotiation for assigned accounts.
- Evaluate and develop pricing approaches, seeking management approval when required.
- Collaborate with hospital Kis and KDMs to support brand activation.
- Identify commercial opportunities within accounts using SFDC and POS analysis and implement commercial value propositions including bundling.
- Oversee cross-organization activities to maximize investments.
- Ensure execution of account plans and achieve financial targets such as sales, market share, new product listings, presentations, workshops, and projects.
- Lead cross-functional and cross-organization teams; mentor and support distributor sales teams to maintain motivation and strong performance.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in medical science or a related field.
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- At least three years of sales experience in Healthcare, Dental, or Orthodontics is preferred.
- Strong skills in selling, negotiation, and networking.
- Previous experience in key account management or sales management is desirable.
- Capable of planning, organizing, and coordinating educational activities and special events with assigned areas (Hybrid: Bangkok and upcountry).
- Demonstrates strong leadership with the ability to create and deliver tailored presentations to all levels of healthcare professionals.
- Proficient in POS analysis and CRM tools (SFDC) to develop territory plans and actions for business growth.
- Solid understanding of hospital procurement and tender processes.
- Excellent business management abilities; decisive, proactive, with strategic thinking and planning skills.
- High stress tolerance, strong drive, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong command of English and computer proficiency.
