Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Jira/Confluence administration, including user access, apps, integrations, and backups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues.
- Build and maintain custom workflows, fields, screens, boards, reports, automations, and integrations.
- Evaluate, manage, and maintain apps/plugins (e.g., Xray, ScriptRunner, eazyBI).
- Implement system enhancements to improve performance and reliability.
- Audit usage and establish best practices for teams.
- Create documentation, training guides, and recommendations for process improvement.
- Partner with project management and business teams to align Jira implementations with company
standards. - Maintain communication and support with Atlassian representatives on new products.
Required Experience
- 5+ years as a Jira Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Jira customization (fields, workflows, permissions, reporting).
- Proficiency with JQL and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
Preferred Experience
- Jira Administrator for Cloud certification.
- Managing Jira Projects for Cloud certification.
- Hands-on experience in Jira Cloud.
- Process improvement or project management background.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
