Senior Java Developer

工作职责概述Job Summary: 

 

高级Java开发不仅要设计和使用合适的技术方案高效率并且高质量地实现业务需要, 还要与其他职能员工进行良好的合作, 管理项目进度, 从技术方面带领其他team member对需求进行合理的设计设计, 以使整个team的资源利用, 效率, 以及质量达到最优。

 

A Senior Java Developer not only needs to design and use appropriate technical solutions to efficiently meet business needs, but also needs to collaborate effectively with other team members, manage project progress, and lead a small team from a technical perspective to optimize the team's resource utilization, efficiency, and quality.

 

预期工作目标/Job Expectations:

Design, develop, and upgrade backend systems based on business needs, especially those that interact directly with mobile apps.

 

优化已有系统，解决问题并提高其性能。

Optimize existing systems, resolve issues, and improve their performance.

 

编写单元测试和验证程序，执行自测，以保证发布质量。

Write unit tests and verification programs, and perform self-tests to ensure release quality.

 

编写方案设计文档和其他技术文档。

Prepare solution design documents and other technical documents.

 

与产品负责人、其他开发者、QA和其他人员协商，设计系统，并获取有关项目限制和能力、性能要求和接口的信息。

Confer with the product owner, other developers, QA, and other personnel to design the system and obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces.

Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

 

带领小型开发团队，管理项目进度，并与团队内外成员协作，以高效、高质量地交付功能。

Lead a small dev team, manage project schedules, and collaborate with members both inside and outside the team to deliver high-efficiency, high-quality features.

 

参与团队和公司技术建设和创新，不断提高开发效率和质量。

Participate in the team and company's technological development and innovation, and continuously improve development efficiency and quality.

知识、技能与能力/Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

要求/Required:

 

具有 7 年以上 Java 开发经验。精通Java编程语言、开发环境和常用库。

7+ years of experience in Java development. Excellent knowledge of Java programming language, development environment, and libraries.

 

能熟练使用常用的数据结构和算法。

Proficient in using common data structures and algorithms.

 

精通 Spring 框架、缓存、数据库、RESTful 以及其他常用框架。

Excellent knowledge of Spring framework, cache, DB, RESTful, and other commonly used frameworks.

 

熟悉 Git、Kubernetes、Helm 以及其他开发和云工具。

Experience with Git, Kubernetes, Helm, and other development and cloud tools.

 

具备后端服务优化、重构和调试经验。

Experience with optimizing, refactoring, and debugging back-end services.

 

具有主导设计和开发较大规模高并发后端系统的经验。

Experience in leading the design and development of large-scale, high-concurrency backend systems.

 

英语读写和沟通能力优秀。

Excellent written and communication skills in English.

 

具备较强的沟通协作能力。

Strong communication skills and the ability to function effectively in a collaborative work environment.

 

具有高度的行动力和自我管理能力，以及较强的分析能力和求知欲。

Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of analytical ability and intellectual curiosity.

 

有前端、mobile app或电子商务项目经验者优先。

Experience with front-end, native app development, or e-commerce projects is a plus.
