TITLE:                                    Senior IT/Digital Transformation Leader

HOURS:                                  Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

DUTIES:                                 Develop and implement an IT/Digital strategic plan that aligns with the business’s strategic goals. Partner with broader IT, Digital, Data and Group/Division leadership to focus on the relevant areas of interest.
Serve as the link between business needs and IT technical roadmaps, ensuring IT delivers value in every initiative and investment. Influencing executive leaders to align on a IT/Digital/Data strategy and roadmap.
Identify and lead the development of talent strategies, workforce planning, succession planning, and career development within the department.
Objectively analyze the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities of current people and organizational capabilities to resolve appropriate solutions.
Lead change initiatives and develop creative, cost-effective solutions for business challenges and ensure adoption and value realization.
Build and evolve the technology roadmap to ensure continuous improvement and adaptation to digital transformations.
Responsible for an annual operating budget and a capital program budget, working closely with finance partners to forecast and plan for future financial needs.
Oversee vendor management and contract negotiation, ensuring effective collaborations and partnerships.
Provide status reporting to IT and executive leadership, handling risks at appropriate levels within IT and the business.
Travel: Up to 50% domestic and international travel required.                                                                                                                                   

REQUIREMENTS:                  MINIMUM Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study. MINIMUM Experience Requirement: 15 years of experience leading IT/Digital teams, including senior-level leadership and reporting, or related experience. Required knowledge or experience with: 10 years of experience and expert in Oracle ERP and related technologies; 5 years of experience in developing, executive alignment and deploying IT/Digital/Data strategies and roadmaps; Experience leading transformational ERP programs; Manufacturing and quality systems (SCADA, QMS, MES, EBR); AI, ML, LLM, Prompt Engineering, RPA, LC/NC, Data Science and other modern digital platforms; Experience in e-commerce and customer engagement digital capabilities; Experience with CRM platforms, such as salesforce.com; Backend IT infrastructure, including Networks, Cloud, Server, Colleague Technology, and Cybersecurity; Program and project management; and Proven large multi-national vendor management and contract negotiation.
