Who You Are: 

As the Senior IT Support Engineer, you will bring your technical expertise and collaborative approach to serve as the hands-on execution partner and day-to-day owner of IT Operations at Supergoop!. On any given day, you may set up a new hire's laptop and monitor, troubleshoot Wi-Fi, lead a new systems rollout, automate onboarding, tighten identity and access controls, or partner with vendors to modernize our stack. We're looking for someone who enjoys being close to the business, can flex between end-user support and systems ownership, and takes pride in excelling at both. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of IT.

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all team members' technical needs and support, as well as office technology
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, equipment setup, and hardware configuration
  • Lead and execute technical initiatives, including system implementations, integrations, and infrastructure projects
  • Manage and maintain identity management systems (Okta, Azure AD), Google Workspace, MDM platforms (Jamf Pro, Intune), network infrastructure, and SaaS tools
  • Design and implement automation to improve efficiency and productivity within the Supergoop!'s ITSM platform
  • Monitor systems, maintain IT processes, manage the hardware asset lifecycle, and ensure adherence to security best practices
  • Train team members on technology tools and create and maintain knowledge base documentation and internal team SOPs

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical operations roles
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex technical projects independently
  • Strong expertise in both Windows and macOS operating systems and hardware
  • Hands-on experience with identity management platforms (Okta, Jumpcloud, Azure AD)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration at enterprise scale (3-5 years)
  • Proficiency with MDM platforms (Jamf Pro, Intune)
  • Experience with network infrastructure (Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti) 
  • Some scripting and automation skills (GAM, PowerShell, Bash, Zapier, Okta Workflows)
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira, Zendesk, and Freshservice
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • ERP and E-Commerce platform experience (NetSuite, Shopify, Shiphero) is a plus.
  • Okta Identity governance and Okta workflow experience is a plus.
  • AV Troubleshooting and Support is a plus.

 

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience
