Expected starting salary: A competitive salary from £42,480 - £49,244 depending on the experience you can bring

Enterprise Technology is Aegon's global IT partner that provides infrastructure services, information security and global/corporate application support for Aegon's businesses around the world. We are currently recruiting for a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Edinburgh. In this role, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our systems and processes to better serve our customers. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to analyse, design, and implement systems that enhance operational efficiency and deliver measurable business value.
The Business Systems Analysis team serves as a liaison between the business and IT to support the organizational goals and technology strategy. Primary areas of responsibility include business systems analysis, requirements elicitation, process improvement, stakeholder management, change management, and software implementation.
