We are seeking a talented individual to join our Colleague Tech team at Marsh. This role will be based in a hybrid location with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will translate business strategies into clear business requirements and ensure traceability to IT solutions. You will analyze and design current and future business processes, providing clear data element definitions. You will collaborate with global teams across strategy, finance, and project-based activities.
We will count on you to:
- Translate business strategies into detailed business requirements and ensure alignment with IT solutions.
- Analyze and design “as is” and “to be” business processes with clear data definitions.
- Collaborate with global Colleague Tech teams on strategy, finance, and project initiatives.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels and demonstrate creativity and a willingness to learn.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Advanced English skills.
