Description:
The ISSE shall develop, maintain, and deliver a cybersecurity Body of Evidence (BOE) defining the program approach to receiving Interim Authority to Test (IATT) during Phase 1B and a plan for obtaining Authorization to Operate (ATO) during Phase 2. Activities related to satisfaction of Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and policies will be captured in the customer Workflow Management Tool (WMT) for RMF.
 
Deliverables:
-A cybersecurity Body of Evidence defining the approach to receiving IATT in Phase and a documented plan for obtaining ATO in Phase 2
-Cybersecurity test procedures for RMF Assessments in accordance with direction from the customer Cybersecurity Office
 
Requirements:
-CISSP
-RMF, ATO, IATT
-Experience with ICD-503
-Experience documenting NIST 800-53 security control implementation statements
-Development of SSPs, work through A&A processes, BOE development
-Familiar with the agency’s GRID process
-Experience using agency required eGRC application such as Xacta and Service Now (SNOW)
-Bachelor's and 10 years of experience or no degree and 14.

Desired:
-Experience working A&A on Kubernetes based systems, containerization and cloud

Location and Schedule:
Work locations are in Chantilly and Herndon. The position allows for one day of tele-work and flexible on-site hours, i.e., not a 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule.

Security Clearance requirement:
Must possess active TS/SCI clearance and CI Polygraph to be considered for this role.
