About the Department:
The Operational Cloud Services team designs, builds, and operates the company’s global infrastructure. The team supports data‑center services and expands cloud capabilities across AWS and Azure. Team members collaborate across engineering, operations, security and audit to maintain resilient, compliant environments. Joining the group offers the opportunity to work on enterprise‑scale systems, deepen technical expertise and contribute to continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities:
You Will:
Manage daily audit and compliance activities for Operational Cloud Services.
Coordinate audit reviews and required documentation.
Analyze server patching and upgrade actions.
Drive data collection for internal and external audits.
Support process updates to meet audit expectations.
Oversee compliance exceptions and remediation plans.
Use tools such as ServiceNow, Excel, Tableau and MetricStream.
Strategic Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal and external audits for assigned domains.
Oversee remediation activities with staff and contractors.
Deliver training on audit and infrastructure topics.
Support workflow improvements to maintain compliance.
Report performance of remediation activities.
Team & Collaboration:
Mentor operational staff on audit and security practices.
Define and implement operational best practices.
Support Patch Management processes.
Review and approve secondary changes.
Experience, Education & Certifications:
5+ years supporting internal and external audits
Knowledge of security vulnerability mitigation
Experience in data‑center operations
Experience working directly with auditors
Strong English communication skills
Ability to build reports and dashboards
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems
Technical Skills:
Windows, Linux, VMware and storage systems
CyberArk, ServiceNow, Audit Board, Jira
MetricStream, Tableau, Microsoft Project
Patch management and configuration management
Tenable Nessus familiarity
Soft Skills:
Strong decision‑making and resilience
Ability to analyze data across systems
Clear communication with technical and non‑technical teams
Strong planning and project‑management skills
Ability to adapt to changing technologies and priorities
