Key Responsibilities:
· Lead communications strategy and execution for enterprise-wide projects and programs across the employee lifecycle at Humana
· Develop change communication strategies, plans, and narratives to drive message alignment and consistency across the enterprise
· Establish discipline around measurement and reporting outcomes, setting, and measuring against KPIs to inform decision making, and measure success
· Serve as a culture and associate experience communications subject matter expert and consultative resource to Corporate Communications teammates, cross-functional business teams and company leadership
· Counsel business partners on communication strategies and execution, recommending innovative ways for teams to connect core initiatives to the company's purpose, values and associate value proposition
· Present exceptional writing and project management skills with keen attention to detail across all tasks and deliverables
· Demonstrate a strong record of developing successful strategies and content for multiple internal communication channels
· Maintain standardized processes and ways of working to enhance collaboration, productivity and innovation across workstreams

You will report to an Associate Vice President; Communications.
In this role you are an individual contributor with no managerial responsibilities.
If travel is required, the company will determine it, setting the percentage up to 10% based on its business need.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.Scheduled Weekly Hours

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
