We’re seeking Senior Intelligence Analysts with GEOINT, SIGINT, and/or Multi-INT skills to join the Leidos Defense Sector for future and upcoming roles in support of a key ISR software product effort. Please Note: This position does have the ability to telework but the candidate must be OK with travel up to 25% of the time. Candidates local to the area of Langley AFB, VA or Beale AFB, CA are preferred but it is not required.

Your Mission: 

  • Engage with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Enterprise stakeholders to document mission objectives and capability gaps. 
  • Collaborate with AF DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET) to better understand current operational workflows and inform software feature design and development decisions. 
  • Assist in developing comprehensive training guides and in-tool tooltips to enhance user understanding and adoption of key features, ensuring clear, concise, and actionable instructions for both new and experienced users. 
  • Applicants should possess familiarity with actions and initiatives such as Open Architecture (OA), Disposition of Forces (DOF) DOF TURBO, ArcGIS, data analytics, Titan/JIRA, and various C2ISR exploitation and analysis tools, as well as exposure to Joint Enterprise Modeling and Analytics (JEMA), Multi-Source Correlation System (MSCS), Thresher, and SNAPGLASS—critical for developing sensor-agnostic solutions to meet CFACC requirements. 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 
  • US Citizen with at least a Top Secret clearance and the ability to obtain an SCI prior to your start date. Additionally the ability to maintain your clearance during your employment with Leidos.
  • Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all-source analysis, SIGINT, or GEOINT  training course or specialized intelligence certification. 
  • Experience in exploiting data from multi-domain sources, data mining, and navigating IC databases. 
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver multifaceted intelligence products. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Familiarity with DoD/IC sensor applications and extensive knowledge of applicable directives, standards, and reporting cycles. 
  • Recent hands-on experience within AF DCGS operations (ideally within the past 2 years) will set you apart.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
