WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US 

SimCorp Advanced Delivery Center (ADC) was strategically established, initially in 2016 in Warsaw, Poland, and subsequently extended to Manila, Philippines in 2021 and Mexico City in 2023. This deliberate expansion enables us to efficiently connect with clients spanning EMEA, APAC, and NA. Within the ADC, our Business Consultants collaborate closely with market units, focusing on business functionality and solution workflows. Their expertise ensures customized configuration and seamless deployment of SimCorp Dimension for our valued customers. 

Delivering high-performing, secure, and cost-efficient software is central to our mission. The ADC Platform & Integration team plays a pivotal role in every successful SimCorp Dimension implementation. As part of an agile team of approximately 40 professionals, you’ll help empower clients to manage their data portfolios end-to-end and seamlessly integrate with diverse data sources and technologies to drive business operations.  

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 

  • Designing, building, and delivering integration solutions for the SimCorp Dimension system based on client requirements, including the use of our custom integration tool (Communication Server).

  • Participating in global implementation projects as part of the Warsaw ADC Platform & Integration Team.

  • Gathering, analysing, and documenting client technical requirements.

  • Collaborating closely with team members and cross‑functional teams.

  • Sharing knowledge and contributing to continuous learning within the team and the wider organization.

  • Preparing test cases and supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Performing unit testing, documenting developed components, and presenting delivered solutions.

WHAT WE VALUE  

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation projects related to systems integration, ideally within the FinTech sector 

  • Strong ability to collaborate closely with clients and project teams 

  • Experience in configuring systems based on specific client requirements 

  • Knowledge of integration technologies and standards such as IBM WebSphere, MQ Series, APIs, or comparable solutions 

  • Practical knowledge of SQL and relational databases 

  • Practical knowledge of XML/XSLT and other data‑transformation standards 

  • Knowledge of, or strong interest in, investment finance (e.g., financial instruments, capital markets) 

  • Experience integrating financial IT systems and familiarity with financial industry standards (e.g., SWIFT, Bloomberg) 

  • Excellent analytical skills, proactiveness, and a holistic approach to project delivery 

  • Strong communication skills and a good command of English 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent professional experience
