Senior Integration and Test Engineer

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Sr. Integration & Test Engineer to support the B-52J Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP) in Oklahoma City, OK.  The selected candidate will lead the integration and verification lab test efforts for the program through EMD and DT. As a Boeing employee, you’ll be part of a winning team that does great things every day.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-functional team of systems engineers and technical professionals in the development and execution of risk reduction, integration, post-modification functional, and verification test procedures in aircraft and various lab environments.

  • Work closely with other engineering functions, program management, and external customers to ensure test plans and procedures are aligned with the customer integrated test phases and synergized with Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) test efforts.

  • Interface with BT&E to support lab testing and after installation functional test (AIFT) procedure development.

  • Mentor early career engineers in the planning and execution of a program test phase.

  • Support project planning and status activities including proposals as needed.

  • Provide support to control account managers (CAMs) to status cost, schedule, and execution of all work packages within the team.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.  An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

  • 9+ years of experience in systems engineering, systems integration, or verification.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience as Technical Lead Engineer (TLE) in test and verification

  • Experience in developing test plans and procedures for major DoD acquisition programs

  • Experience with systems engineering best Practices and processes

  • Experience in developing and executing integration and verification test plans and procedures

  • Experience working with the Systems Engineering Lifecycle including System Requirements Reviews, Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews, Test Readiness Reviews, and/or Technical Working Groups

  • Experience using artifact management tools such as CMPro, DOORS, and Cameo.

Summary pay range:

Level 4 - $127,500 – $172,500
