The Integration, Partnerships and ESG Administrative Department is responsible for ensuring an integrated view, and end-to-end operations and risk management of the Personal Services Executive Division. It also provides support for each division and liaises with other key stakeholders. One of the administrative department’s main responsibilities is to serve as a gatekeeper to ensure consistency and a comprehensive view of end-to-end operations and risk management for each administrative department under the Personal Services Executive Division as well as make sure they receive the expertise required to meet their needs. As Senior Integration Advisor, Operations and Risk Management, you serve as a point person and integrator for your assigned division within the Personal Services Executive Division to ensure members of senior management are aware of the priority commitments and risks associated with their activities. You also serve as a delegate for the Personal Services Operations and Risk Management Division within your assigned division. More specifically, you will be required to:
Have an in-depth understanding of your assigned division’s mandates, priorities and objectives, as well as its processes, risks, controls, etc.
Help prioritize action plans to help your division efficiently manage operations and priority risks
Produce reports on operational and risk management for your assigned division and help validate other reports worked on by the Personal Services Operations and Risk Management Division
Stay up to date on major projects and changes within your assigned division that could affect operational and risk management processes, on upcoming and current internal and external audit mandates within the division, and on progress made on action plans
Ensure that the Personal Services Executive Division’s strategic plan is taken into account when prioritizing action plans to improve the efficiency of your assigned sector’s operational and risk management processes
Support your assigned division’s strategic projects and mandates by ensuring that the required expertise is available within the Personal Services Operations and Risk Management Division and applied when needed
Represent the Personal Services Operations and Risk Management Division before senior management committees and decision-making bodies.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience, including five years in a leadership or influential role
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Relevant experience in financial and non-financial risk management
Experience in executive writing and presenting
Experience in business strategy
Knowledge of French is required
