Purpose of Position

  • CASETiFY is seeking a data-savvy Global (Senior) Influencer Marketing Manager to spearhead our creator partnerships worldwide. This role combines deep cultural fluency in Western markets with strong analytical capabilities to drive full-funnel influencer marketing initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will be operationally excellent with the ability to lead and scale our UGC and gifting programs globally. This role is high-volume and process-heavy, requiring strong operational rigor, speed, and systems management to execute creator partnerships at scale. They thrive in fast-paced environments, can build and optimize workflows for efficiency, and have experience managing agency/vendor relationships alongside in-house execution. While the initial focus is on UGC and gifting operations, the role may expand in scope as the influencer marketing function grows.


Job Description

Overall responsibility

  • Lead global influencer strategy with particular emphasis on US market trends and Western pop culture movements
  • Lead and mentor a team of influencer marketing professionals, fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and excellence in execution
  • Own influencer marketing budget allocation and ROI measurement across markets
  • Establish standardized processes and best practices for influencer partnerships across all regions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Creative, Social Media) on integrated campaigns
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, ROI, and EMV to stakeholders
  • Contribute to overall influencer strategy as the scope of the role expands

UGC & Gifting Operations

  • Lead end-to-end execution of UGC and gifting programs across all pillars (Agency, Artist, In-House)
  • Build and manage scalable processes for high-volume creator outreach, product seeding, and content collection
  • Develop and maintain systems for tracking, follow-up, and performance measurement across all gifting and UGC initiatives
  • Ensure operational efficiency and speed across all creator touchpoints
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors supporting UGC and gifting efforts
  • Oversee agency deliverables, timelines, and quality control

Requirement

  • 5-8+ years experience specifically in influencer marketing/creator partnerships (agency or in-house)
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing influencer marketing teams
  • Proven track record managing high-volume, process-heavy programs (UGC, gifting, seeding, etc.)
  • Strong operational and project management skills with ability to build scalable systems
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track, measure, and optimize program performance
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and competing priorities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent grasp of Gen Alpha, Gen Z and Millennial consumer behavior in Western markets
