Job Title: Senior Industrial Engineers


Job Location: Hazleton, PA

Job Type: Full Time

Rate of Pay: $74,400-$119,100/year

Job Duties: Responsible for developing and maintaining supply chain and logistics processes for a variety of warehousing and distribution center operations. Conduct special projects to achieve improved methods, optimize process flow to facilitate efficient put-away, order fulfillment, shipping, and space utilization. Perform a detailed review of existing distribution center practices, examining workflows, operational efficiency, any bottlenecks, equipment usage, layout, labor, and the technology being used. Use AutoCAD to draft proposed layouts for the distribution center, incorporating optimized workflows, storage configurations, and equipment placement. Developing standardized operating procedures for process implementations/changes and time studies to support the same. Project Management Experience to coordinate projects with the Supplier supporting the Operations team. Supporting and running continuous improvement and lean principles, such as reducing waste, streamlining processes, and optimizing resource use. Use prior experience of running Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement by identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, reducing waste, and enhancing productivity for processes in the Operations.

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering or related field and 4 years experience in the job offered or in an Industrial Engineer-related occupation.

Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an Industrial Engineer-related occupation.
