Deliver timely, accurate, and decision-ready reporting, dashboards, and executive briefings that support transparency and informed decision-making.
Facilitate governance forums, lead issue resolution and escalations, and proactively manage delivery risks to achieve predictable outcomes.
Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and oversight to assigned project resources, while promoting consistent use of IMT PMO standards and ways of working.
Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance delivery maturity and portfolio performance.
