Team Description

Sabre Corporation launched Sabre Direct Pay , an innovative payments hub designed to maximize value from every transaction. Sabre Direct Pay allows our clients to pay anyone, anywhere and integrates seamlessly into their current workflows with the goal to change how travel payments is today to the benefit more our customers. 

Role and Responsibilities   
 

The Senior Implementation manager role will be leading the implementation and activation of Sabre Virtual Payments customers. You will work with internal and external teams to ensure our customers get the best service, projects are delivered on time and our processes are in a continuously improving mode. You will have a customer centric mindset to bring additional value or simplification to the customers

What will you achieve?  

  • Managing implementation activities for all SDP customers 
  • Coordinate with internal external teams (addressing certain implementations and support levels). 
  • Manage the whole implementation process for complex-big customers. 
  • Identify product customization needs to support the implementation. Coordinate these customizations with the product team to ensure customer satisfaction and deadlines. 
  • Train the customer in the solution and reporting 
  • Ensure first transactions to consolidate the activation of the customer. 
  • Managing second level support occasionally  
  • Support SLAs and response time measurements.

​​Qualifications and Education Requirements  

  • Advanced English level both verbal and written.
  • Understanding of the Travel Industry and the GDSs dynamics. 
  • Experience with Online, Leisure and Business travel agencies. 
  • Customer focus mindset.  
  • Exceptional communication ability 
  • Strategic and Analytical thinking with willingness to challenge the status quo in order to improve processes 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior team members and customers. 
  • Capable of managing and prioritizing several competing tasks  
  • Positive attitude, willing to learn and step out of the comfort zone.  

Nice to Have Skills: 

  • Knowledge of Operations area in Payments: KYB process, implementation and customer success 
  • Knowledge and experience on process improvement.  
  • Knowledge on Payments and Travel Payments is a plus.
