We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Senior IAM Manager to be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust identity governance and access management solutions to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access to OLG systems and data. They play a strategic and technical leadership role in aligning IAM practices with organizational security policies, regulatory requirements (e.g., Data Ethics, Responsible AI Standards), and evolving business needs..

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Director Cybersecurity Solutions , you will be empowered to:

 PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Offer authoritative advice on identity and access management, RBAC (Roles Based Access Controls) ensuring services align with and support evolving business needs and security protocols.
  • Manage large-scale identity and access management initiatives and oversee the integration of identity and access management services with new technologies, enhancing security and operational efficiency.
  • Lead operational planning for identity and access management.
  • Prioritize and diagnose incidents applying agreed procedures and tools. Investigate causes of incidents and seeks resolution.
  • Facilitate recovery, following resolution of incidents. Document, communicate outcomes, and close resolved incidents.
  • Initiate and monitor actions to investigate and resolve problems in systems, processes and services to determine problem fixes, remedies, and preventive measures.
  • Apply standard techniques and tools for developing user stories and eliciting user experience requirements.
  • Contribute to the identification of risks that arise from potential technical solution architectures. Suggest alternate solutions or countermeasures to mitigate risks. Define secure systems configurations in compliance with intended architectures.

SECONDARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Apply and maintain specific security controls as required by organizational policy and local risk assessments.
  • Support investigation of suspected attacks and security breaches.
  • Follow standard approaches for the technical assessment of information systems against information assurance policies and business objectives.
  • Transform collected information into a data format that can be used for operational security activities.
  • Follow standard approaches to perform basic vulnerability assessments for small information systems.
  • Assist with penetration testing tasks under routine supervision.

 COACHING/MENTORSHIP ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Coach colleagues to develop their target skills and capabilities in line with team and personal goals.
  • Allocate routine tasks or project work, in line with team objectives and individual capabilities. Monitor quality and performance against agreed criteria to make learning recommendations or to escalate concerns.
  • Help individuals navigate areas of uncertainty, offering practical advice and connecting them with the appropriate resources.
  • Support learning and development activities under routine supervision.

WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAY

Work Experience:  Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in progressively advancing roles within Technology or related function | Minimum five (5) years’ progressive experience in the development and delivery of enterprise security strategies | Minimum five (5) years’ progressive experience in Identity and Access Management | Minimum of two (2) years’ progressive experience in programming. Standards & Frameworks: NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR. | Identity Threat Detection: Familiarity with UEBA (User and Entity Behavior Analytics). | Identity Lifecycle Management: Experience managing identities for humans (customers and employees), machines, and service accounts. | Non-Human Identity Management: Handling identities for workloads, APIs, bots, IoT devices, and AI agents. | Service-to-Service Authentication: Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, mTLS, JWT, and workload identity federation. | Container & Microservices Security: Kubernetes RBAC, service mesh identity (e.g., Istio). | Identity for AI Models: Understanding how AI agents authenticate and authorize in enterprise environments. | IAM Roadmap Development: Ability to define strategy for human and non-human identities.

Education:  Undergraduate degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline | Identity and Access Management  | Information Security technologies, service management, administration, and Information Assurance & Protection  | Data Privacy compliance requirements  | Penetration Testing  | Computer, Network and Internet Security  | Problem Management  | Direct experience designing IAM technologies and services  | Knowledge of information technology environments, including information cybersecurity, encryption methods and privacy-based solutions  | Knowledge of tools, techniques, processes around information security architecture, technologies, security management, security administration, data privacy, computer forensics, digital forensics tools, penetration testing, business continuity planning, vulnerabilities assessment, firewall management, network and internet security and computer network defense  | Full understanding of RBAC (Roles Based Access Controls) and PAM (Privileged Access Management)  | Zero Trust identity and access management best practices  | API security and development

Licenses, Registrations, Certificates:  AGCO Category 2 Gaming Assistant Registration (Initiated at offer stage - employment is conditional upon obtaining and maintaining this license)
 

Preferred Certification: A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification is highly desirable, demonstrating a strong foundation in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-class cybersecurity programs.
