The Boeing CompanyBoeing’s Defense Space and Security Division (BDS) Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist (HRG) - Site Staffing Integrator to join their team supporting Air Dominance and the St. Louis site. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Level 4 and Level 5 HRGs to find the best fit for these positions.
This position will be critical in setting the Air Dominance and St. Louis site for success through enabling business execution of staffing plans over the next several years. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong analytical, project management, and Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) background. They will also have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and a high-impact communication style.
This role will be essential for integrating and adapting our staffing plans as Air Dominance programs advance deeper into Integrated Product Team (IPT) structures, and it is based in Berkeley, MO.
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinate with program and functional HRBPs, Adaptive Planning Workforce Planners, Finance, Engineering and Manufacturing Workforce Teams, and Global Talent Acquisition across all businesses and functions to integrate staffing requirements, approach, shared resources, and staffing to plan for Air Dominance and St. Louis site growth
Lead operating rhythm for Air Dominance and site workforce planning in preparation for key leadership decisions
Provide regular staffing updates to key leaders both in HR and in the business
Integrate staffing plan with other sites as needed
Support project management of the Workforce workstream for ACA (Advanced Combat Aircraft) expansion in St. Louis
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years in a Human Resources Business Partner role
3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects
5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Active US Secret Security Clearance or higher
Human Resources certification
10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role
1+ years of experience in a dedicated Talent Acquisition role
1+ year of experience utilizing Adaptive Planning reporting capabilities
Experience in Excel and analytical story telling
Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
Experience with candidate attraction and engagement strategies

Summary pay range for Level 4: $119,000 - $161,000
Summary pay range for Level 5: $151,300 - $204,700
