About the Role
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders while ensuring HR policies, labor laws, and company values are consistently applied across logistics teams. This role supports a wide range of HR functions, including associate relations, performance management, compliance, onboarding, and workforce planning. You will partner closely with business leaders to drive HR initiatives, support key people strategies, and help maintain an engaged and compliant workforce.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for logistics associates, supervisors, and managers
Provide guidance on associate relations matters including attendance, performance, discipline, conflict resolution, and corrective action
Conduct internal investigations related to associate concerns, safety incidents, harassment, and policy violations; recommend and implement appropriate actions
Promote a positive associate experience and foster engagement and retention in a high-volume, operational workforce
Coach leaders on performance management, documentation, and associate development
Partner with operations leaders to forecast staffing needs, workforce planning, and support recruitment processes for all location logistics roles
Monitor and analyze HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and associate relations trends to provide recommendations to business partners
Interpret, administer, and recommend updates to HR policies and procedures based on operational and legal needs
Establish and maintain influential relationships with internal and external partners

What Skills You Have
Required
3+ years of progressive experience in Associate Relations or HR
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical, planning & organization and decision making skills
Flexibility to work occasional nights, weekends and holidays
Preferred
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on HR/Business or equivalent experience
Experience supporting a high-volume, hourly workforce
Proficiency in HRIS systems
Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite
PHR or SPHR
