The Boeing Company Global Services (BGS) Human Resources (HR) team are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the team in Jacksonville, FL.

As a key member of the team, you will gain strong understanding of the business imperatives of the program to unleash the power of our talent in all functions. You will also support and partner with leaders at all levels - management to non-management.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops and deploys HR programs, systems and processes

  • Partners closely to leadership teams to create strategies to meet business needs

  • Provides guidance and implementation assistance of HR policies, practices and strategies

  • Conducts preliminary analysis of workforce planning analysis

  • Resolves or assists in resolving employee service requests including HR support tickets

  • Conducts employee investigations and alternative dispute resolution cases

  • Provides consultation and coaching to employees at all levels (management to non-management) on HR practices, processes as well as utilizing conflict resolution techniques to ensure team cohesion

  • Uses business intel to advocate on the behalf of the program to secure resources and any help needed from our functional partners

  • Partners effectively across the broader HR organization to deliver high quality, seamlessly integrated operational HR support for the business

  • Influences HR priorities, skill and talent discussions, development programs, resource deployment, etc.

  • Contributes to the development of a high performing culture

  • Partners with business leadership and colleagues across HR, including Centers of Excellence (COE) and build relationships based on trust, credibility and experience

Working Conditions:

  • This role requires frequent presence on the manufacturing floor

  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with exposure to loud noises, machinery, and manufacturing operations

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Experience with HR strategies and action plans, policies, procedures, and industry trends

  • Experience developing solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation

  • Experience creating and presenting data-driven HR solutions to senior leaders

  • Track record of establishing strong relationships through trust, credibility, expertise and business acumen

  • Experience developing winning staffing strategies and action plans

  • Strong project management skills

  • High degree of emotional intelligence and curiosity

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

  • 5+ years of experience developing and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes

  • 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

  • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

  • 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • HR experience in manufacturing industry

  • SHRM or HRCI certification

  • Experience supporting defense programs/products
