We at IMRIEL (An Allata Company) are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly reliable Senior Human Resources Executive to act as the sole HR, Admin and operations representative for the Pune Office.

This is a critical, independent role for someone who can manage both people support and office operations with maturity, speed, and strong judgment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable being the first point of contact for employees at the location, while also coordinating smoothly with the head office on policy, compliance, reporting, and operational matters.

The role requires a person who is hands-on, organized, professional, discreet, and capable of handling responsibilities with minimal supervision. Occasional travel to the head office may be required for training, alignment, and functional enhancement.

Experience: 5 to 7 years.

What you'll be doing:

HR Operations 
• Handle day-to-day HR support for the location office
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries
• Support onboarding, induction, documentation, and offboarding
• Maintain employee records, HR files, and trackers accurately
• Assist with attendance, leave, and basic employee coordination
• Support performance review, confirmation, and policy communication processes

Office Operations
• Independently manage the smooth functioning of the location office
• Coordinate facilities, housekeeping, supplies, and workplace requirements
• Handle vendor coordination and office service follow-ups
• Manage local administrative and operational needs
• Ensure office discipline, process adherence, and issue resolution
• Support seating, access, travel, and internal logistics as needed

Coordination with Head Office
• Work closely with head office HR, operations, and leadership teams
• Share updates, reports, and inputs in a timely manner
• Implement policies, instructions, and standards from the head office
• Travel occasionally to the head office for training and functional enhancement
• Support cross-location coordination whenever required

Compliance and Documentation
• Maintain organized and audit-ready HR and operations documentation
• Support statutory and policy compliance requirements
• Ensure records are complete, updated, and confidential
• Coordinate with external vendors or service providers as needed

Employee Experience
• Provide timely, professional, and helpful support to employees
• Handle concerns with maturity, tact, and urgency
• Contribute to a positive and well-managed office environment
• Support local communication and culture-building efforts

What you need:
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR operations, office administration, or a combined HR & operations role
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and office operations
• Experience handling responsibilities independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the head office for training or alignment
