As a [Senior HSE Specialist] at Terex/Genie, based in [location], you'll play a pivotal role in [ comprehensive maintenance and enhancement of the factory's EHS management system, ensuring compliance operations, fostering a safety culture, safeguarding workshop safety, and supporting the successful implementation of new projects. ]

What you’ll do

Attend safety audits and inspections to identify workplace hazards and unsafe equipment, working practices, or working conditions. And encourage shopfloors to report any unsafe act and condition.

•Attend and push the Investigation of accidents, verify accident reports, and liaise with technical specialists and external health and safety authorities to identify the causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.

• Ensure the well-being and injury-free lives for all employees.

• Clear and familiar local HSE regulations and support local operation follow government regulations regarding HSE,

• Support new project following HSE policies and gain government approval

Educate and train the employees to ensure that they understand and comply with the company's health and safety policies

and standards

• Ensure that first aid supplies and resources are available in accordance with regulations and policies.

Maintain plant HSE system. Implement HSE programs such as Lockout/Tagout, Ergonomic, Permit To Work , waste reduction and etc.

• Conduct regularly EHS training for all employees, include EHS awareness, Firs-aid training.

• Certificate management of special equipment and special work.

• Report to management team on the performance of the EHS management system

• Complete other tasks appointed by management team

What you’ll bring

• BECHALER DEGREE ,technical understanding is needed.

• Minimum 5 year experience in EHS management in manufacturing company.

• Familiar with Chinese laws and regulations related to safety and environment management.

• Interpersonal skill, able to effectively communicate internally and externally.

• Good teamwork spirit.

• Have some conflict management skills.

• High level of integrity; Can work under pressure; Positive attitude.

• Initiative and proactive.

• Basic command on English;

• Can use OFFICE
