Senior HR Executive

We are seeking a hands-on HR professional who thrives on driving execution and delivering outcomes across key people programs across the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for e.g. end-to-end onboarding experience, coordinating and running learning & development programs, planning and execution of employee engagement activities, and executing HR projects to support business priorities. The ideal candidate is operationally excellent, organized, people-centric, and comfortable working cross-functionally to make things happen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a seamless employee experience including new hire onboarding and offboarding experience e.g. planning and executing new hire induction program, identify and implement continuous implement process improvements which may require working with multiple functions / teams
  • Coordinate end-to-end learning programme logistics (e.g. calendars, invites, trainer/vendor liaison, room/virtual setup, materials, attendance, evaluations) and administer virtual learning modules (e.g. enrollments, completions, reminders, reporting)
  • Assist in planning and executing activities, events as part of HR-led engagement programmes and provide engagement insights.  Coordinate survey cadence, response management, and action-tracking with People Managers; support focus groups and comms packs.
  • Support HR team in the planning and delivery of HR projects and operational matters as needed 
  • Collaborate with Communications team to develop employee communications collaterals as needed

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2–4 years (Generalist) of HR experience with strong execution focus
  • Proficiency in systems and tools - Workday, ServiceNow, Coupa and experience with survey tools (Qualtrics, Microsoft Forms)
  • Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with local statutory (e.g. Malaysia, India) training grants and schemes advantageous
  • Change management or internal communications exposure.
