Location: Hybrid – Washington, DC.  Candidates located within 25 miles of a DXC office are required to work onsite two days per week.

Job Summary: DXC Technology is seeking an experienced HCM Cloud Senior Consultant to lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud implementations for complex client environments. This role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure solutions, and deliver high-quality Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to mentor junior consultants while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand HR business processes and functional requirements across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications based on client specifications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business process requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Conduct system assessments, gap analysis, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve functional and configuration issues.
• Lead and participate in system integration, testing, and deployment activities to ensure solution readiness and quality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including technical, project management, and business stakeholders, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud product updates, enhancements, and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants to support knowledge transfer and capability development.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• DOD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• 10+ years of overall experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Proven experience as a Senior Oracle HCM Consultant with hands-on expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and HR technology best practices.
• Demonstrated experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM implementations end-to-end.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen and hold (or be able to obtain) a DoD Secret clearance. Experience in delivering solutions for federal/DoD public‑sector programs is required.
• HCM/Payroll Focus: This role centers on Oracle HCM/Global Payroll processes and integrations supporting public‑sector HR, pay, time, and benefits.
• HCM/Payroll Alignment: Collaborate with HCM/Payroll teams to ensure financial, planning, and interface designs correctly reflect payroll accounting, labor distributions, garnishments, and statutory reporting in a federal/DoD context.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $110,300 - $204,800.
